"Homer"
will be available to a pet home. We are taking deposits now but he will not be available to go home until about 12 weeks
old. He is charting to weigh 3.5-4lbs, but that could change as he grows. A non-refundable deposit of $100 will
hold him. He will be sold with a neuter contract, or we can neuter him here at our vet before he goes.
All puppies are sold AKC registered and either already spayed/neutered,
or on spay/neuter contracts. Papers will only be given after proof of spay/neuter. Occasionally we do have show
prospects available to approved homes under "show" cotracts. All puppies designated "pets" must
be spayed/neutered within two (2) months of arriving in their new home. Please know that an offer to increase the price
of the dog will never exclude the spay/neuter agreement. In other words, pay more for the dog if you like...he/she will
still be spayed/neutered. :)
